Refund Policy

A full refund within 14 days. If Ranalystix is not right for your business, write to support@ranalystix.com within 14 days of the first payment of a new subscription, monthly or annual, and we refund that payment in full. No reason is needed. The subscription ends when the refund is made, and one such refund is available per business.

After 14 days. You may cancel at any time, online from the account page or by email, with no call or form. Cancellation stops future renewals and the service stays available to the end of the period already paid. Fees for a period already begun are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

Annual plans. We email a reminder 15 to 45 days before an annual plan renews, with the price and how to cancel.

How a refund is paid. To the original payment method, in US dollars. The time it takes to appear depends on your card issuer or bank.
